Welcome to Rainbet. By using therainbet.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Rainbet

Rainbet is a free prediction games platform operated by The Rainbet. Users predict outcomes of real-world events across categories including weather, pollution, entertainment, science, daily life, and city & travel. Rainbet uses virtual points called "RainDrops" that have no real-world monetary value.

2. Not Gambling

Rainbet is NOT a gambling platform. RainDrops are virtual currency used solely within the Rainbet platform. They cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, or any item of real-world value. Rainbet does not offer sports betting, financial predictions, or any form of real-money wagering.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rainbet. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person
• You must provide accurate information
• You must not use automated systems to make predictions

5. Prediction Games

• Predictions are resolved based on verified real-world data sources
• Rainbet's resolution decisions are final
• Predictions may be cancelled if real-world events make them unresolvable
• RainDrops earned from cancelled predictions will be refunded

6. Premium Subscriptions

Optional premium tiers (Plus, Pro, Elite) are available. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automated prediction systems
• Attempting to manipulate leaderboards
• Harassing other users
• Reverse-engineering the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All Rainbet content, design, and branding are owned by The Rainbet. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rainbet is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. RainDrops have no monetary value and their loss does not constitute financial damage.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
